These terms govern the reservation and stay you book with Casa Ritual, located at Gaviotas 108, Marina Vallarta, 48335 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., Mexico. The lodging contract is with the hotel. GuruHotel operates the website and booking tools on the hotel’s behalf and is not the lodging provider.

Reservation and price

A reservation is subject to the availability and rate shown at confirmation. The price, taxes, and payment conditions are those displayed in the summary before you confirm. Cancellation, early departure, no-show, changes, and refunds follow the hotel’s policies.

Messages

By giving your mobile number or email address, you agree to receive messages from the hotel by SMS, WhatsApp, and email about your reservation and stay. They can include the confirmation, pre-arrival information, check-in and check-out details, digital forms such as online check-in, answers to your questions, service updates, and a request for feedback after your stay.

Promotional offers are sent only with separate consent. How often you hear from us depends on your reservation and your conversation with the hotel. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any booking or purchase.

To stop SMS or WhatsApp, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message. For email, use the link at the bottom of the message. Opting out of one channel does not opt you out of the others. For help, reply HELP or email hola@casaritual.mx.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. You keep the rights granted by the Federal Consumer Protection Law, including the right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, without limiting those rights.

Casa Ritual is a Boutique Hotel, located in the most exclusive area of Puerto Vallarta: Marina Vallarta. It is just 5 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, the Marina, restaurants, shopping centers and 1 km. from the Marina and the beach.


Its architecture and its privileged environment will make make your stay an unforgettable experience. We have 15 private rooms, which can be rented independently or as complete accommodation. Our space is an oasis for the senses; a space for relaxation and experiences created especially for our guests around Wellness. It is an escape from the everyday, a special refuge that offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere inspired by the famous city of Puerto Vallarta.


< p class="ql-align-justify">Within the property there is a beautiful patio with a private pool overlooking the Marina Vallarta Golf course, an area with tables and lounge chairs, a lobby with a boutique of local products and a breakfast restaurant and an exclusive Japanese restaurant with the best sushi in Vallarta. We have a concierge service to make your experience more pleasant.


We will be happy to help you plan tours or guided visits to the most incredible places in Vallarta. Visit the best beaches, kayak, paddle board, surf, snorkel, dive or fish. We recommend the best yoga classes in the area, to start the day in connection. If you like adventure, you can try zip lines in the jungle. Or if you come as a couple, enjoy a romantic dinner on the beach or one of the most exclusive restaurants in Vallarta.
